Analysis
I chose an existing Christian conference called Urbana that needed a rebrand. Research was conducted to better understand the marketing factors and what vibe draws the attention of college-aged students. Bold colors, gradients, fun graphic elements, and retro typefaces were the most significant. 
Experience
Personal experience at events similar to this one pushed the motivation to create a vivid, inviting, and memorable branding that young adults can connect with and carry with them after the conference. 
Interaction
A photo wall, poster, banners, stage design, slide deck template, and T-Shirt were all designed to increase engagement within the conference brand and encourage young adults to take their next step and follow God’s calling.

BRAND GUIDELINES
BANNER STANDS & POSTER
These banners and poster embody a “bold” feeling due to the straightforward typeface and dynamic graphic elements that fit with the college-age target audience. Variety is achieved through scale shifts in text and hierarchy. 
Structure
The slide deck template, photo wall, and stage design are all extensions of the Urbana’s brand. Participants can take pictures of these elements to capture their memorable time at the conference. 
Strategy
The slide deck holds consistency with the use of graphic elements and clear hierarchy. The photo wall introduces highlighted phrases and encouragement from the conference while the stage design maintains structure with its bold shapes.
Interaction
Although brand elements were custom-made in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, the slide deck template allows speakers to easily manipulate the materials in Canva, a platform that is more familiar. The photo wall and stage design use common materials such as vinyl decals and wood that would be affordable to physically create.
SPEAKER SLIDE DECK
This example slide deck is designed to maintain consistency within the conference branding. The speaker can easily add their images and notes directly onto the slide deck template in Canva. 
PHOTO WALL
Conference participants can take photos standing in front of this vinyl backdrop! Expanding on the Urbana branding, the different backdrop posters reveal key themes and statements from the conference. The theme’s logo at the bottom of each poster unites the backdrop as a whole. 
STAGE DESIGN
This is an example of what the stage backdrop would look like. It would have a geometric vinyl background and wooden rounded signs hanging from wires stating the conference’s motto. The large “Urbana” letters would be 3D and made from wood. 
T-SHIRT
Staff and attendees can purchase this themed T-Shirt! It includes the conference logo, year, and the theme Bible verse on the back.
